  • Students have to acquire test passwords from their teachers to complete the exams.  Students should reach out to their teachers right away  to request passwords or ask questions about completing tests.

Fairview Students: Fairview High School policy requires students to take exams for your online course in the Student Achievement Center (SAC) within the Library at Fairview.

  • Students do not need an appointment to go to the SAC to take exams: they may go during their free period, lunch, or Access Time.
  • The SAC staff has the passwords to unlock the exams. This is an FHS policy and will not be waived.
  • The course will not be extended for waiting until the end of the course or not going to the SAC to take the exams prior to the end date.
  • Students are expected to plan ahead!

How does your student know where to begin?

Per BVSD Online Policies, courses are recorded on the student’s cumulative academic transcript and there are no extensions to the end date so we encourage you to ask your student about his/her plans for getting started in their online course.

Don't wait to ask questions!

A team of qualified, real, live people has been put together to support your student throughout their online course.

  • Mentor: You can reach Jamie Baker at jamie.baker@bvsd.org. Jamie is a resource for communications, pacing, and problem-solving.

  • Technical Help: Our Trouble Shooting Technology Page provides information about technology use, helpful tips, and how to troubleshoot issues that may arise.

  • Review our Dates and Deadline Page and our Frequently Asked Questions Page for quick answers.
